The first is a one click automatic backup solution, the second holds the same principle but with many advanced features.

We have 2 base plans (OCS and BMS) starting at $1.00 and $11.00 respectively, from there you can add additional storage space and mail level backup for more mailboxes.

You can pre purchase data and your account will be debited at the end of your billing cycle the amount of data that you used. For example if you pre purchased 20GB for $20 and the first month you only used 3GB then you still have 17GB to use over the next x amount of months.
The maximum amount of data that you can store will be determined by how much your account is in credit.
